Domestic Relations & Family Law

“I recognize that divorce is a particularly unfamiliar, stressful time for many and it is my goal to guide my clients to the favorable results they deserve.”

Lee represents clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable division of property.

During law school, Lee worked as a Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution certified mediator with the Fulton and DeKalb County Mediation Programs. In that role, he mediated hundreds of matters with a high settlement rate. He also gained valuable trial experience as a legal intern with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Additionally, he served on the executive board of the ADR society, worked as the head coach of the mediation team and competed on the travel negotiations team. Upon graduation, Lee was inducted into the prestigious Order of Emory Advocates, an award highlighting those who have excelled in trial advocacy and dispute resolution while in law school.
